About Us

Break Club is the name we gave our original Hobby Discord group over 3 years ago. Its members include our break customers, card friends from Twitter/IG/FB, real-life collector friends, and even some family members. The group was created for several reasons. We needed a way to communicate with our community that had quickly become too big for a Twitter group chat. But the biggest reason was to create a safe, inclusive space for new and returning collectors to learn and ask questions in a friendly atmosphere. Many of us were new or recently back in the hobby and recognized how overwhelming and intimidating it could be.

When can I mint?

Minting begins January 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM EST.

What is an NFT?

An NFT, or non-fungible token, is a unique identifiable digital asset stored on the blockchain. An NFT could be a piece of digital artwork, a collectible, or even a digital representation of a real-life physical asset. Ownership of an NFT is easily and uniquely verifiable due to its public listing on the blockchain.

When is the reveal?

All tokens will be revealed on the mint day. BreakClubNFT is a utility token, so all are the same digital 3D poker chip.

What is the mint price?

Each will cost 0.09 ETH to mint + Gas. We’ve worked hard at contract optimizations to lower gas costs.

Is there a limit on how many tokens we can mint?

There will be a 10 token per wallet limit. Most people will only need 1 but there will be added benefits for owning different amounts of BreakClubNFT poker chips.

What do I get with my token?

You get a 3D Digital Poker Chip which is your BreakClub.io NFT. You can then log into BreakClub.io, set up your profile, and request your physical poker chip.

How will the funds be distributed?

Funds generated from the “mint” will be used in multiple ways, including but not limited to:

  • Within the group wallet (acquire NFT’s, cards, etc.)
  • Compensation for the development team’s time (admins, mods, developers, artists, marketing, promotions, etc.)
  • Giveaways
  • Costs for wax and supplies.

We hope to make membership in the BreakClubNFT community valuable to all those involved. We anticipate that collectors will want into this very limited community once they start seeing all of the awesome benefits. We don’t, however, expect BreakClubNFT’s to be assets you can flip for massive profits. This is a utility first token. It is a membership. Mint this token if you want all of the stuff above. Do not mint this if you are expecting to flip it for a profit.
